Your privacy choices

When you submit an inquiry, BlackBone uses the contact information, message and trip or product details you provide to respond to your request. When the form integration is configured, these details are processed through Klaviyo and routed to the BlackBone team. Contact details and selected preferences are saved to your profile to help with future conversations. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages.

The newsletter form asks for separate permission to send BlackBone email updates. Newsletter signup requests are processed through Klaviyo when connected and may require an email confirmation. Providing an optional phone number does not request an SMS subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails.

A submission confirmation means the request was accepted for processing. It does not confirm that an inquiry has reached a team member's inbox or that a newsletter subscription is complete. If the form cannot accept your request, it will say so; you can contact info@blackbone.us directly.

Hosting and service providers may process technical request data to operate the site and protect the forms from abuse. Please do not include payment details, passwords or other sensitive information in a message.
